Who We Are

At Two-Ways Community Development, we partner with Indigenous communities and small not-for-profits to build sustainable, community-led solutions. Whether you’re navigating funding for the first time or looking for grounded support on your next project, we’re here to walk alongside you—offering clear, practical, and culturally respectful support every step of the way.

Who We Work With

Our work is focused on First Nations communities and small not-for-profit organisations—particularly those in regional or remote areas. Most of our partners are early in their funding journey and often balancing big ideas with small teams. We understand the challenges of limited capacity, confusing grant processes, and past setbacks. That’s why we work differently.
